Waymon McMackin currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Presco. He has been on the Presco payroll since 1957; working for both his grandfather and father before taking over the reins as President in 1979. Waymon earned a BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Joe Hardt
Joe Hardt currently serves as CEO of Presco. Previously, he was an attorney at the Dallas law firm, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr PC and CEO of AMX Corp. Joe earned a BA in English from Centenary and a JD from the University of Texas at Austin. Joe has been a part of the Presco family since 2003.

Chris Pendergrass currently serves as Executive Vice President of Presco. He started his career at Presco as an intern while attending Austin College in 1998. Chris held positions at Presco including chemical engineer, plant manager and currently President. Chris earned a BA in Chemistry from Austin College, a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
